Privacy Policy

Who We Are

This site is the Moonswrench Grimoire and the Moonswrench mobile mechanic in Hemet and San Jacinto. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Moonswrench. You can reach us at (951) 904-2477 or hello@moonswrench.com.

What the Request Form Collects

The custom spell request form asks for your name and a few words about what you need. It also asks for a phone number or an email, and how you would like us to reach you. You can add what the spell is for and any timing you have in mind. We only get what you type in.

How We Use It

We use your details to answer your request and to talk with you about it. If you call to book car work or a reading, we use what you tell us to set up the visit. We keep your details only as long as we need them for that. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent it or trade it.

Text Messages

If you give us your phone number and pick text as the best way to reach you, we may text you about your request. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors who support the service, such as our messaging provider.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to see how people use this site, like which pages they visit and how they found us. We use Google Analytics for this. It sets cookies that help count visits. It does not tell us your name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. We do not sell your personal information.

Ask About Your Information

To ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted, call (951) 904-2477 or email hello@moonswrench.com.
